Processing time:
Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. Please allow approximately 1 to 3 weeks to receive your item. If purchasing multiple items, you may also experience split deliveries.
You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Customs and import taxes
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Returns policy
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer returns and exchanges at this time due to the products being made to order. Unless damaged, all orders are final and non-refundable.
If there are any problems with your order within 30 days of you receiving it, please do not hesitate to contact me at info@byadaeze.com. In your email, please include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged item. I will be more than happy to sort everything out for you!
What if there is a typo in my address?
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I cannot be held responsible for your order being lost in transit. However, if you discover the typo, please email me within 24 hours of placing your order so I can correct it. After 24 hours, I can not guarantee I will be able to make any changes.
